About the Role
Blair's Closet is looking for a confident, high-energy personality to lead our live
shopping shows and help grow our live selling operation. Think QVC… but faster-paced,
more interactive, and built for today's online shopper.
This is more than just going live — this role plays a key part in building and managing
a fast-growing sales channel. You will be responsible for both hosting live shows
and helping manage the day-to-day operation behind them.
This is NOT a modeling role, a passive influencer position, or a "show up and go live" job. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role where results matter.
What You'll Be Doing
🎥 Live Show Hosting
- Host frequent live sales shows (multiple times per week)
- Present clothing, shoes, and accessories in real time
- Engage with viewers and respond to live chat
- Create urgency and drive fast-paced sales
📦 Show Preparation & Product Management
- Organize and prepare inventory for upcoming shows
- Sort products by category, size, or theme for efficient selling
- Ensure all sold items are clearly labeled and ready for shipment
- Work closely with our warehouse team so orders can be processed quickly
📊 Platform & Account Management
- Learn and manage the live selling platform (training provided)
- Schedule shows and plan show flow
- Monitor performance and identify ways to improve results
- Assist with customer service tasks such as questions, cancellations, or issues
📈 Growth & Execution
- Help build and improve the live selling operation over time
- Bring ideas to improve show structure, pacing, and sales performance
- Work alongside ownership to grow this into a larger sales channel

Schedule & Compensation
Non-show time is focused on preparation, organization, and managing the operation. Realistic total compensation grows as show volume increases.

Blair's Closet is a locally owned retail and e-commerce business specializing in
new, name-brand women's clothing, shoes, accessories, and home goods at discounted prices.
We are part of Liquid Threads LLC, a family-owned company with over
15 years of experience selling fashion online. Our e-commerce operation generates over
seven figures annually, and we have built proven systems for sourcing, selling, and
scaling inventory.
We are now expanding into live selling as our next major growth channel, with the goal
of building a high-volume, fast-paced live shopping operation — and this role is at
the center of that expansion.
