Inventory & Product Listing Associate

About the Role

Blair's Closet is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help process inventory for our online and retail operations. This is an entry-level position focused on data entry, product processing, and inventory preparation. You will primarily be working with women's clothing, shoes, accessories, and general merchandise — preparing items to be listed online and sold in-store. A basic understanding of women's fashion (brands, clothing types, sizing) is helpful for accurately identifying and processing items.

What You'll Be Doing

• Digital Listing: Create accurate product listings using our internal system, entering key details such as size, brand, and condition.
• Item Matching: Carefully match physical items with the photos and descriptions already provided in our database to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Labeling & Prep: Print inventory labels and prepare each item for the sales floor or online shipping.
• Physical Processing: Hang, tag, and organize clothing with care, maintaining our standards for presentation.
• Inventory Flow: Help move processed inventory to the appropriate area—ensuring a steady stream of fresh stock reaches both our retail store and our online marketplaces.
• Production Goals: Maintain a consistent pace to meet daily processing targets, keeping the "heartbeat" of the business strong.

• Pay & Growth: $15.00 / Hour starting pay + Employee Discount. All employees receive a 90-day performance review with opportunities for pay increases based on processing speed, accuracy, and reliability.
• Schedule: Full-Time (Mon–Fri). Standard 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We offer flexible start times (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM) once training is successfully completed.
• Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) available after 90 days of consistent employment.

• Strong Attention to Detail: You must be able to accurately identify brands, sizes, and product conditions without missing the small details.
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using a computer for extended periods for data entry and listing tasks.
• Efficiency Mindset: You take pride in working quickly and accurately to meet daily production goals.
• Organized & Focused: You enjoy a structured environment and can stay on task with minimal supervision.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, hang, tag, and move clothing throughout the warehouse for the duration of your shift.
