Retail Store Associate (Full-Time Day Shift)

About the Role

Blair’s Closet is hiring a reliable, friendly, and motivated Retail Store Associate (Keyholder) to help run day-to-day operations in our retail store. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in how a store looks and feels—not just someone to “work the register.” This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady daytime schedule in a clean, organized, and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting customers and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
Opening and closing the store as a trusted keyholder.
Running the register and handling transactions accurately.
Hanging, tagging, and merchandising product to look appealing.
Keeping the store organized, fully stocked, and easy to shop.
Helping move and rotate inventory from our warehouse.

Friendly, positive personality that enjoys working with people.
Reliable and consistent—shows up and gets the job done.
Retail experience is strongly preferred (clothing or boutique is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for organization.
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace/Gmail) required.

Prefer sitting for most of the day.

Need constant direction or supervision to stay productive.

Schedule & Compensation

Compensation

$15.00 - $18.00 hr (Based on experience)

90-day performance review · pay increase opportunity

Schedule

Primary hours 9 AM – 3 PM; includes 2–3 Saturdays per month.

Mon–Fri · Flexible shifts after training
