About the Role

Blair’s Closet is expanding into the world of live selling, and we need a confident, charismatic host to lead the way. Think QVC, but faster and more interactive. You won't just be on camera; you’ll be managing the "show" from start to finish—organizing inventory, engaging with fans, and driving real-time sales.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Live Hosting: Conduct high-energy sales shows on Whatnot and social platforms multiple times per week.
  • Show Prep: Sort and organize clothing and shoes by size/category to ensure a smooth, fast-paced broadcast.
  • Engagement: Interact with the live chat, answer product questions, and build a loyal community of repeat shoppers.
  • Sales Management: Manage the live selling platform, schedule shows, and track performance to improve results.
  • Order Coordination: Work with the warehouse team to ensure sold items are accurately labeled and ready for shipping.

  • Pay: $30k–$40k Base (based on experience) + 5% Sales Commission.
  • Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday). Live shows run frequently throughout the week.
  • Work-Life Balance: Stable daytime schedule with flexible start times (e.g., 7am–3pm or 9am–5pm).

  • On-Camera Confidence: You are naturally outgoing and comfortable speaking to a live audience for extended periods.
  • Sales Chops: You know how to create urgency and "close the deal" while keeping it fun and professional.
  • Organization: You can manage multiple moving parts—reading a chat, showing a product, and keeping inventory straight.
  • Growth Mindset: You are excited to help build a new sales channel from the ground up.
  • Reliability: Live shows happen on a schedule; we need someone who is consistent and ready to go when the "Live" light hits.
