About the Role

Tired of corporate retail red tape? Blair’s Closet is seeking a confident, experienced retail leader to take the reins of our store operations. This isn't a "follow the manual" jobβ€”it’s an opportunity for a self-starter to run day-to-day operations like an owner, with the full support and inventory of a 15-year established business behind them.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Complete Store Ownership: Manage daily operations, including opening/closing and independent decision-making.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: Coordinate with our warehouse team to rotate fresh QVC and name-brand inventory onto the floor.
  • Sales Strategy: Execute promotions and markdowns to keep inventory moving and the floor looking fresh.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with our marketing team to plan Facebook campaigns and identify traffic-driving opportunities.
  • Customer Connection: Build real relationships with our loyal shoppers and provide a welcoming boutique experience.

Compensation & Schedule:
  • Base Salary: $45,000 per year.
  • Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to store growth (up to $60,000 total annual compensation).
  • Benefits: Employee discount and Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Hours: Full-time, 5-day work week. Must be available to work Saturdays. (Store Hours: Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM).
